FAQ

 

PIN GRADES:

A Grade: 

Free of major imperfections but may exhibit defects due to each pin being made by hand. A Grade pins will NOT have bubbles in enamel, stray glitter or paint, plating issues, or under-filled enamel. Defects on the backings of pins is an exception. 

B Grade:

May have one or multiple imperfections such as small pin pricks, scratches, color mistakes, or other minor flaws. Backing flaws would include potentially loose or bent posts.

C Grade:

Pin exhibits an obvious flaw (I/e print mistakes) or multiple flaws such as pin pricks, scratches, under filled enamel (with metal showing), plating issues, or multiple printing errors. 

 

If you are ordering a PRESALE item, you are guaranteed to receive a Grade A pin or pins. In the event that not enough Grade A pins are received to fulfill preorders, the pins will be remade. 

 

PRESALE INFO:

If you buy a pin in presale, the pin can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months in average, with some occasionally taking longer due to manufacturing delays. Updates are posted to my instagram page and my Facebook page, both of which can be found on my big cartel profile. 

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping is dependent on how many items you order. International shipping is available at an additional charge. Tracking will ALWAYS be provided. 

REFUNDS

If you’ve ordered a presale item, you are able to ask for a refund. If you are refunded, I only ask that you wait until a pin is in hand for any future purchases but I don’t strictly enforce this. Refunds for any in hand pin sales will be dependent on specific situations or issues with an order.
